I graduated in Psychology at the Wroclaw University (MA), with a scholarship of Herbert Quandt Foundation at the Dresden University of Technology and specialisation in Organisational Psychology. I’m a postgraduate in Intercultural Communication in Business at Higher School of Banking in Wroclaw and Business Training School at the Warsaw Leon Kozminski Academy.

I’m certified as a Coach (CliftonStrengths at Gallup Institute and ACC at ICF), as Agile PM Foundation & Practitioner and in Insights Discovery. 

The 17 years of my professional career include: team management in a multinational corporation in the IT sector, coaching and team effectiveness consultations, specialisation in selecting and hiring candidates, program management of strategic client support in the E-Commerce department, vendor management.

Coordination of the self-managed teams model launch and it’s scaling for the EMEA region and globally in the organization was one of my key experiences: working with teams and leadership while piloting and improving the higher employee engagement approach and Manager-Coach role transition.

I worked for companies such as: Google / Alphabet (Poland and Ireland), Randstad and Signium International. 

Privately I’m passionate about various sport activities (swimming, cycling), fascinated by fantasy, creative writing and living on an island – by having lived and worked in Ireland and discovering my second home on Hawaii.
